What we do

For more than 25 years we have been bringing New Zealanders together with products and services. And from day one our mission was to create a world where marketers and business owners could make smarter decisions to justify where they spent their marketing dollars.

In 2020, under new leadership, we overhauled our core values to align them with the 21st century and create a more meaningful connection with our team. Our four values are designed by our very own people, so they’re embodied by those people, forming the foundation of everything we do at Reach.

To be Good Humans, strive to be Better Every Day, practice respect for our Freedom and Responsibility, and to exhibit a Will to Win.

We’re proud to stand behind these principles, and sharing them with you is our way of saying ‘this is who we are’.

Working with the planet

We’re all pretty lucky to call Aotearoa home, which is why we take protecting its environment very seriously and are continually looking at ways to clean up the way we do things. It’s about ensuring future generations can enjoy everything we have been fortunate to grow up with.

For over 10 years, we have been working with companies throughout New Zealand to find ways we can reduce or repurpose our waste. And in 2021, we launched REACH:Responsibly, a campaign to showcase our wins, share our journey and debunk some myths. You can learn more about those steps here.

It’s not necessarily a bad thing - it just means that predicting behaviour can be a little bit tricky. Which is why here at Reach, we are set up with a whole heap of ways in which to understand what makes humans do the things they do.

And it’s these insights that enable you to communicate with the humans you need to. We can tell you all sorts of awesome things, from who is interested in what your business sells, to the way they want to be reached, and what motivates them to buy. Sounds pretty cool, right?
